Gislason & Hunter LLP announces new partner for New Ulm office
Meghan Gaspar and Charles Hanson join firm

Dustan J. Cross

Dustan was born and raised in Oelwein, Iowa. He has been practicing for 13 years with Gislason & Hunter and is actively involved with the community. The variety of complex legal opportunities attracted him to Gislason & Hunter initially, and the amenities of small-city living in New Ulm have kept him and his wife here since.

PRACTICE
Dustan is a seasoned litigator with significant experience in both jury trials and complex arbitration practice.  While focusing on commercial agribusiness litigation, he has handled matters as diverse as contested will and trust dissolutions; agricultural nuisance cases; corporate governance litigation; land use zoning disputes; contamination of food products; construction litigation; and various insurance matters.  Mr. Cross has tried over 30 jury trials and several multi-day complex arbitrations in his career.

In 2006, Dustan was certified as a Civil Trial Specialist by the Minnesota State Bar Association, and joins less than 400 other attorneys in Minnesota with that designation.
