Cory A. Genelin
A native of Le Sueur, Minnesota, Cory worked in agribusiness and understands the needs of growing communities, small businesses, and rural life.
Prior to his legal career, Cory traveled the globe with the United States Air Force. As a decorated combat veteran, he understands the importance of both teamwork and leadership. Cory is able to calmly guide his clients through the often confusing and intimidating legal system.
Outside of the office, Cory enjoys fishing, hunting, and spending time with his wife and three sons.
Practice
Cory is able to meet his clients' needs with a wide variety of legal services which focus on civil litigation but also include: business and corporate law; employment law; personal injury; insurance defense; and workers' compensation.
Past cases include: UCC sales litigation; business formations and acquisitions; Fair Debt Collection Practices Act litigation; municipal taxation issues; and business to business debt collection.
