David Changhoon Kim
Based on his prior experiences in commercial and investment banking, David has actively been involved in various types of business formation and corporate financing matters. A good mixture of his experiences in international business activities gives him a systemized balance between conservative confidence and aggressive achievement as a business lawyer.
David’s practice centers in corporate law, corporate finance law, and other related areas of law such as tax, antitrust, bank regulatory matters, and commercial as well as real estate transactions.
