Roger L. Kramer
Roger emphasizes an aggressive approach to litigation, using the court system to complete cases in an expeditious manner. As his practice focuses on trial work, he is adept at using the courtroom to resolve his client’s issues with an overwhelming rate of success. Roger is very proud of the referrals he has received from attorneys against whom he has litigated.
Roger’s trial practice focuses on personal injury insurance law and alternative dispute resolution. He has tried over fifty jury trials to conclusion, and has handled hundreds of arbitrations in the field of personal injury. He is a sought after speaker with many groups, and has lectured on trial advocacy, personal injury, insurance law, and his personal interest, war crimes. He has been named a Super Lawyer by Minnesota Journal of Law & Politics magazine and is AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell. Roger also has been elected to the American Board of Trial Advocates and is certified by the Minnesota State Bar Association as a Civil Trial Specialist.
