Marlin brings solid rural Minnesota experience to the firm, including an appointment as Special Municipal Judge for North Mankato. Marlin was selected as a Minnesota Super Lawyer by Minnesota Law & Politics in both 1999 and 2000. His current practice involves estate planning, and probate and trust issues - areas he has facilitated successfully for over 40 years.
