Wade R. Wacholz
A good listener who can always see both sides of the case, Wade knows how to come up with the practical answer, the successful deal and the positive resolution. He is active in church and community organizations, and chairs the firm's Executive Committee.
Wade focuses his practice on corporate financial and acquisitions law, real estate, estate planning and business organizations. He has closed several major financial transactions and acquisitions, representing borrowers, lenders, buyers and sellers, in deals totaling over $500 million. Wade is equally comfortable with smaller cases. He has done estate planning for business owners, professionals, young families and retirees. He has also represented a church in financing and constructing a new facility, a young couple purchasing a hardware store, and a small radio station owner in selling his station properties in preparation for retirement. One of his proudest accomplishments involved forming a joint venture between the Chicago Blackhawks and the Chicago Bulls to construct United Center in Chicago. Wade is also active in several bar organizations, including the Partnership/LLC and Uniform Commercial Code Committees.
