Justin P. Weinberg

Today, clients need a lawyer who is not only learned in the law, but also savvy in the world of business.  With the right legal advice, the law is not an obstacle, but rather, an avenue to achieving one's goals.  Justin was selected as one of Minnesota's Law and Politics Rising Stars from 2006 - 2008.  In addition to being an attorney, Justin enjoys the outdoors with his wife, twin daughters and golden retrievers. 

PRACTICE
Justin is licensed in Minnesota and Wisconsin and represents commercial and residential contractors, developers, design professionals and owners in all aspects of construction law.  As a litigator, Justin has represented clients in state and federal district court, state and federal appellate court and arbitration.  He is a member of the Builders Association of Minnesota's legal team and speaks frequently to members of that organization and its affiliates. 

In addition to construction law, Justin represents large and small corporations on general matters, banks and parties involved in commercial and civil litigation, which includes creditors and bankruptcy trustees in bankruptcy litigation.
