Henry Parkhurst concentrates his practice on Medical Malpractice and Pharmacy Malpractice. He has defended clients in a wide range of legal matters, including product liability, construction law, insurance law, premise liability, transportation and transactional law. Henry has extensive litigation experience with over 50 jury trials in Cook, Will, Dupage and Lake Counties in Illinois and Hennepin County, Minnesota. In addition, he has significant experience representing clients at arbitration and mediation.
 
Before relocating from Chicago to be closer to family, Henry defended one of the largest corporations in Illinois. Despite nearly a half dozen years of practice in Chicago, he has not forgotten his roots. Henry grew up in Davenport, Iowa. Son to a retired Army officer, he has benefited from a Midwestern upbringing with a strong sense of honor. Outside of work he enjoys spending time with his family, gardening and baiting a hook or two.
