Practicing out of the firm's New Ulm, Minneapolis and Mankato offices, Justin is licensed in Minnesota and Wisconsin and represents large and small companies in the areas of corporate law, construction law, banking, liquor law and commercial and civil litigation.
 
In the area of construction law, Justin represents commercial and residential contractors, developers, design professionals and owners.
 
Justin's corporate law practice includes representation of large corporations, start-ups, banks and partnerships. Justin assists companies in their daily legal needs and when companies are forced into litigation.
 
As a litigator, Justin has represented clients in state and federal district court, state and federal appellate court and arbitration.
 
Justin is a frequent speaker in the construction, banking and corporate industries.
 
In addition to being an attorney, Justin enjoys the outdoors with his wife, twin daughters and golden retrievers.
