Prior to becoming an attorney, Loree Nelson worked in a hospital clinical setting followed by a job as the Director of the hospital’s Quality Management Department. Her extensive work in health care, both in direct patient care and in administrative work, prepared her well to defend doctors, hospitals and other health care practitioners. Her background also prepared her well when she taught as an adjunct professor at Drake Law School in the areas of medical malpractice, health law and bioethics.
