
Download V-CardLynn grew up on a farm in rural South Dakota, and she brings her strong work ethic and dedication to her practice of law. Lynn focuses her practice on marital dissolution (divorce), child custody and other family matters, estate planning, civil litigation and the defense side of medical malpractice litigation. Lynn recognizes that many of her clients find themselves in difficult or complicated situations, and that they turn to her for understanding as well as her expertise. She combines aggressive advocacy with a problem-solving manner in order to tailor her approach to meet each individual client's needs and goals.
Lynn has a special interest in assisting families develop working solutions to parenting after divorce, and has recent experience helping individuals and families dealing with effects of the current economy. Lynn also has significant experience in the appellate courts.
In addition to her career, Lynn enjoys spending time with her husband and young son, as well as running on the many excellent trails in the metro area.
