Marlin brings solid rural Minnesota experience to the firm, including an appointment as Special Municipal Judge for North Mankato. Marlin was selected twice as a Minnesota Super Lawyer by Minnesota Law & Politics magazine. His current practice involves estate and business succession planning, and probate and trust issues - areas he has facilitated successfully for over 50 years.
