Gislason & Hunter LLP seeks an Associate with 2-5 years experience to support the firm’s general business practice.  Qualified candidates will have the ability to: lead or support our firm’s role as general counsel for a number of regional companies; to work with mergers, acquisitions, and other matters related to client exploitation of business opportunities; and to manage select regulatory activities on behalf of clients.  Qualified candidates must have excellent academic credentials and strong writing and interpersonal skills.
