Gislason & Hunter Participates in the
Sixth Annual MRCI Grand Prix
The sixth annual Go-Kart Grand Prix included over 200 drivers and 42 teams to raise funds for MRCI WorkSource, including a team from Gislason & Hunter made up of Jacquelyn Lutz, John Schmid, Bridget Bailey, Julie Donner and Brian Malone.
MRCI WorkSource is a program that creates opportunities for people with disabilities or disadvantages to support their community participation. The Grand Prix is one of the programs major fundraisers.

Attorney Wade Wacholz to Present at CLE
Wacholz will be presenting on “LLC Organizational Documents and Drafting Issues”. During this session, he will discuss common drafting issues in preparing Articles of Organization, Bylaws, Member Control Agreements, and other LLC documents. In addition, Wacholz will also be conducting “Professional LLCs” which will be a brief discussion of the requirements of using a Limited Liability Company to conduct a professional practice subject to the Minnesota Professional Firms Act.
