Alternative Dispute Resolution The lawyers at Gislason & Hunter LLP are skilled in representing their clients in all forms of alternative dispute resolution (ADR). We promote the use of ADR in the appropriate cases, and we are skilled in the analysis of which ADR process, if any, should be used to promote settlement of our clients' disputes.
