Construction Law

Our firm’s experience in construction law is primarily in litigation of disputes, either in the court system or through arbitration. We have handled large multi-party, multi-million dollar construction disputes, including litigation of the roof of the Hubert Humphrey Metrodome in Minneapolis. We have also handled small cases with relatively modest defects in residential construction.
