Gislason & Hunter LLP Announces New Partners

Mankato, MN (January 14, 2021) – Gislason & Hunter LLP is pleased to announce that four attorneys—Chris Bowler, Rick Halbur, Brittany King-Asamoa, and Dean Zimmerli—have been named as Partners.

Bowler provides both litigation and transactional services to individuals and businesses, primarily those engaged in the fields of banking, finance, agriculture or agribusiness. He received his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from University of Minnesota Law School and a Bachelor of Science degree, summa cum laude, from Northern Michigan University.

Halbur focuses his practice on banking and finance, bankruptcy, commercial litigation and agriculture. He provides client-centered representation to his individual and corporate clients. He received his Juris Doctor from the University of Minnesota Law School and a Bachelor of Arts degree, cum laude, from the University of St. Thomas.

King-Asamoa focuses her legal practice on employment law and civil litigation. She represents companies, farmers, agribusinesses and individuals in all areas of employment law. She received her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Arkansas School of Law and her Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Science degrees from Minnesota State University, Mankato.

Zimmerli focuses his practice on civil litigation related to agriculture, environmental regulation, banking and finance, commercial disputes and general litigation. He received his Juris Doctor, summa cum laude, from Hamline University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts degree, magna cum laude, from Hamline University.
