Minneapolis, MN (January 14, 2019) – Gislason & Hunter LLP is pleased to announce that attorneys Matthew S. Frantzen and Marissa K. Linden were sworn into United States Federal Courts on Monday January 7, 2019 by the Honorable John Roberts, Chief Justice of the United States. This distinction enables these experienced attorneys to practice before the United States Supreme Court.

Frantzen has focused his legal practice on civil litigation and is dedicated to the defense of physicians, hospitals and other health care providers. He also represents medical professionals called before their applicable licensing boards to address complaints and other issues related to their practice. Frantzen is a 2003 graduate of William Mitchell College of Law, cum laude.
Linden practices in many areas of civil litigation, focusing her legal expertise in medical malpractice defense and insurance defense. She represents health care providers including hospitals, clinics, nursing homes and physicians in transactional, regulatory and credentialing matters. Linden is also involved in the insurance defense practice group in matters of products liability, vehicle accidents and insurance coverage. She is a 2013 graduate of William Mitchell College of Law, magna cum laude.
