We have a long roster of insurers who have relied for years on our attorneys' knowledge and expertise in insurance law questions. Several of our attorneys are frequent lecturers in insurance law. We have handled a broad scope of issues arising under CGL policies, personal lines policies, as well as more obscure insurance products. Our clients have consulted us in the drafting of language for their policies. We frequently provide coverage opinions to insurers. We also assist insurers in the investigation and prosecution of suspected fraud and misrepresentation. A number of our other practice areas have close relationships to insurance law since claims arising out of those substantive areas are within the scope of many insurance policies.
