We take our role as a trusted advisor to our hires very seriously. Whether you are a junior level associate or a senior partner, attorneys are open and receptive to an exchange of ideas and approaches to legal matters. New attorneys to the firm receive formal mentoring and informal feedback from accomplished lawyers. All attorneys receive the support and resources to gain expanded legal experience and hands-on opportunities. Introductions are made to prominent clients, while attending depositions, oral arguments, closings, board meetings and discovery procedures. Each attorney retains individual marketing and business development plans to grow a personal client base. Our annual practice retreat strengthens ties between attorneys in the firm and provides timely continuing education that addresses current topics impacting the legal profession. We encourage both new and seasoned attorneys to attend civic events and participate in professional networking organizations.
Our Summer Intern Program is the primary avenue through which new lawyers join our firm. Our program is designed to introduce you both to our practices and to our clients. We do interesting challenging work, and we take our role, as an advocate for and a trusted advisor to our clients, very seriously – whether we are working on a 100 million dollar problem or a pro bono matter.
