Mankato, MN (October 30, 2023) – Gislason & Hunter LLP is pleased to welcome three attorneys to their firm—Jacob J. Brekke, Adam N. Froehlich and Trey V. Perez. Brekke and Perez will practice out of the New Ulm office and Froehlich will practice out of the Mankato location.
Perez will focus his practice on business and corporate law, finance and banking, litigation and real estate, environmental law and land use. Brekke will work in a variety of practice areas, including agriculture law and agribusiness, business and corporate law and real estate, environmental law and land use. Froehlich’s practice areas include agriculture law and agribusiness, business and corporate law, finance and banking, general counsel services, litigation and real estate, environmental law and land use.

Brekke received a Bachelor of Science – Agricultural and Food Business Management, with distinction, from the University of Minnesota in 2020 and a Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from the University of Minnesota Law School in 2023.
Froehlich graduated in 2020 from the University of Iowa with a Bachelor of Science – Human Physiology and received a Juris Doctor degree, magna cum laude, from Willamette University College of Law in 2023.
Perez received his Bachelor of Arts – Economics and English from Saint John’s University in 2020 and his Juris Doctor degree from the University of St. Thomas School of Law in 2023.
